The author is having over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry as a professional coder and coding trainer. He has done M.SC microbiology and has completed CPC, COC(CPC-H), ICD 10 proficiency certificate, and also obtained six sigma green belt from iACT. He is an expert in radiology coding, IP coding, OPV coding, IR-DRG, pain management and worked with multiple MNCs. He has also worked in an international JCI accredited hospital and university in Medical Record and Insurance Department as an insurance coder and medical coding trainer. He has trained no of people to clear the coding certification exams.
